Dangerous car parking

Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8687773.

Dangerous car parking on blind bend nearly had head on collision with another car. There are double yellow lines which you can barely see due to all the cars parked on it!!!!!!!!!!! I always thought you cannot park on double yellow lines!!!!!!!!

Updates

Went there the other day and was worse. Cars parked on the bend all along on the pavement. Incredibly dangerous as you cannot see what is coming around the corner.
