No dropped kerbs at corners for wheelchairs

Reported via mobile in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 13:23, Wednesday 14 January 2026

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8686931.

I originally reported this 2 years ago and have heard nothing. There's no dropped kerbs on any of the corners on this link road, so it's impossible to cross safely in my wheelchair. People rocket round the corner in cars and vans. Please put in dropped kerbs so disabled people on this estate can cross safely, to get to the postbox, the bus stop and off the estate.

  • Problem still there - see how small the wheels on a class 2 (pavement only) mobility scooter are. The ground clearance is 2 inches, so no way I can safely cross the road. Please fix it.
