Can update be provided with a date as to when the defect repair will now be scheduled to be carried out so it appears on FMS with a date and time stamp log.
We are now beyond the average response time of 12 days for a priority 3 repair, so if the delay to the repair is going to be beyond a further 5 days then this is something I will raise with my WNC Ward Councillors along with Cllr Richard Butler and Cllr Mark Arnull
