Large Pothole & Severely Rutted Road Surface

There is a huge shallow pothole on the crescent right outside the dropped kerb entrance to a residential property.

This pothole has been here for ages and as such the surrounding road surface is severely rutted and very uneven.

Please can this section of road have a patch resurfacing carried out.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
