At this fast road junction the verge has a serious litter problem that has been there for many months.

Highways Agency do not show concern about the situation, excuses as to who's responsibility it is to clear the road side ie local or district council.-passing the buck seems to be the norm these days with such authorities.

Absolute rubbish! All parties contacted including via Fix My Street have prevaricated and passed the buck. Rubbish still on side of road since last winter.
