At this fast road junction the verge has a serious litter problem that has been there for many months.

  • Highways Agency do not show concern about the situation, excuses as to who's responsibility it is to clear the road side ie local or district council.-passing the buck seems to be the norm these days with such authorities.

  • Continuous buck passing by Highways Authority-Amey and East Cambridge Council, both parties blame the other for not clearing this stretch of highway litter.
