Problematic phasing on roadwork lights

The lights on this set of roadworks have phasing set that is causing large tailbacks on Bridge Street. It appears that the green light to travel southbound is only on for a few seconds, and doesn't give enough time for cars to move, so they're going when red.

There's a lot more traffic travelling southbound than other directions, but the lights don't reflect that.
