Traffic lights turned off AGAIN

These traffic lights at important pedestrian crossing have been off all through building works and since. They were turned on a week or so ago, after many reports on here, but are now turned off or not working again. This crossing is needed at a blind bend next to the Marston cycle track/ University Parks
