Filled in ditch

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8682953.

Outside the right hand side bungalow there used to be a winter bourne that took water piped from further upstream, ie Wisbech Farm and Hollins Nurseries. The water came out of a pipe, into the ditch, the down towards South Sway Lane. Today, after a lot of rain, water was pouring down the toad. Now no sign of the ditch?! I’ve known this area for 40 plus years, as the son of the owner at the time went to school with my son. I have reported it before. If the water freezes it will be lethal on that bend.
