Damage to grass verges

We have asked our neighbours not to park on the grass but they just say it's not our grass they have wrecked the grass outside their property and replaced it with paving stones and we dont want this to happen outside our property when they drive on and off it.

I have similar problems here in LS7. The Council aren't interested in preserving the local amenities.
