I'm reporting 3 street lights that are not working The numbers 10 11 12 They are on the path along the walkway outside Avon croft on Winchester Drive They have been out for about 6 weeks It's the 3 that's right by the bridge which can be very imitimdating to people who walk along there of a night especially if on your own As its pitch black you can't see if anyone is coming towards you
