No carpark lights... Dangerous!

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8682339.

There is no lights in the coop carpark again! It's pitch black... Massive danger especially to those who walk through the carpark to get home or those who work there and start early or leave late. Assaults could happen and they wouldn't be able to give a description... Big safety issue!!

Been in contact with the council on multiple occasions, they said it would be getting sorted, was working fine for a few days ansld is back to pitch black again
