There is a loose utilities cover on Rodney street.
Every time a vehicle’s wheel goes over it a very loud noise is made. This is a major road that is in use by vehicles 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This is a largely commercial road but there are residential properties and the noise is impacting sleep and general wellbeing of residents
It’s been like this for over a year but the cover is getting looser and the noise louder
