Dangerous parking blocking path and destroying verge

Cars from are blocking the pathway and destroying the grass verge . They drive over the pavement fast which is very dangerous as the path is used by school children from icknield primary and icknield high schools. The grass verge is putting mud all over the pavement too making it slippery.

Bollards have been put on the grass verge and cars still go on the pavement but not so much thank you
