Inconsiderate parking and blocking cars in
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8681336.
Neighbours have car port 2 off road cars being fixed, have dropped kerb. Cannot find planning permission for these. Have been spoken to politely but still block our cars when parked so we cannot get out. Have car with 1 number plate on grass verge. Only park 1 car by carport when can easily park 2. Deliberate upset being caused continually.
