Traffic Lights for east and south bound traffic not working

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8680754.

During the peak time operation. Only the traffic lights for North and west bound traffic is working. The East and South bound is not working. This makes it very difficult and dangerous especially for the west bound (H6) traffic to move. Also the vehicles queue on the roundabout H6 west. Also constant sounding of horns as drivers getting frustrated.
