  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the gully has been assessed and requires a Priority 3 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 28 days. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 is 12 days.

  • Drains on both sides of Grooms Lane are blocked meaning that water follows the gradient and crosses the road. If this freezes there’s a strong likelihood of skidding. This is a bus route and is also used by tankers.
