Whilst I apprecaite the councils notes that this is in progress over the last two consecutive nights further flytipping has occurred along the same stretch of Maryon Road lifting the toll to 3 seperate tips. As a resident I would appreciate this being cleared as a matter of urgency before more is added to the road.

Thank you for your additional comments.
I have checked out system and the job is now marked as complete. Could you please confirm whether or not the dumped items have been collected and if not I will pass it to our Operations manager as a priority.

I received notification from today via this portal that this had now been dealt with and cleared up so this evening I drove past the site and there is still the rubbish on the street and certainly no sign of this being complete. This was first reported 2 weeks ago now and yet nothing has been cleared which I find very poor. More rubbish has arrived in the area since and despite numerous people filing a complaint it remains both obstructing the street and a complete eyesore for all the residents in the area. With no visible swift action from the Council to clear waste such as this in residential areas there is no surprise that the amount of fly tipping in the area is growing. Can I please now ask on behalf on the local community that this is now dealt with as a matter of urgency. I would also like to suggest that a camera be installed on this part of Maryon Road since fly tipping occurs on a regualr basis and I would sincerley like to see some fines levied for the people that insist on fouling our streets. thank you

Unfortunately your information is incorrect, yes someone has been and cleared part of the rubbish but there is a lot left over. In some senses it is worse now as there are pieces of wood strewn down the road with rusty nails sticking out of them presenting a serious hazard. In my line of work if this had been reported as complete and looked like this after it had been done I would have lost my job. Someone should be held accountable for this if you feel it is complete. Please can this be rectified as soon as possible. Thank you

I have been informed that these items have now also been cleared. Please let me know if they have not.
I will also speak to our Operations Manager as to why this was marked as completed when it was not.
