We have a problem with disability drivers persistently parking on the pavement on this sharp corner. It restricts access to Blake’s Cottages and often blocks pedestrians. There are always empty parking bays just 8 step free metres away. Disabled drivers should be encouraged to use these. In general the lack of kerbside yellow markers means shoppers also park there because they are afraid of get a parking ticket in the empty bays on Blakes Cottages.
