    Problem getting worse with ongoing rain. As at tactile pedestrian crossing area at Bath Street / Stratton Way junction a lot of drivers are not slowing to allow for conditions and 'bow wave' soaking pedestrians. Standing water often almost reaches centre white line and taking 24 hours to drain
