Flooding - Drain blocked on Ship Street roundabout

The drain that's located in the middle of the roundabout at the southern end of Ship Street is blocked, causing a small pond that covers almost the entire width of the road on that side of the roundabout.

Updates

All drains going up ship st appear to be completely blocked meaning all rain floods the roundabout at the bottom . Overflow has been running down both dunnings rd and top end of hermitage lane leading to herontye drive.
