Very poor surface condition with potholes

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8676723.

The crown of the carriageway Eastbound is in very poor condition, especially for motor cycles. Seems to be a line down the white line on the crown which is cracking and developing potholes. Changing lanes across it risks damage.
