  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.

  • Ref 8674790 priority 4 repair has been given as 59days. see Pot Hole photo taken 21/1/26 at NN137DQ this Pot Hole is now evidently Shedding its prior repair Tarmac onto surounding road surface .. I today measure the current Pot Hole Depth to be over 50mm . this prior pot hole road repair was last carried out by your contractor in the summer of 2025 making this prior repair was carried out within the last circa 6 months .. sugget a proper repair is now urgent & needed before the potential for any liability costs more that WNC sanctioning this road repair..
