This car parks here regularly on the pavement outside my house. I have observed people struggling to get passed and having to walk on the road, those particularly affected are the elderly, those on mobility scooters and young parents with prams. I believe that the young male driver parks there then goes to work. Please can this be addressed before an accident occurs. Many thanks.
