Brynland Avenue increasingly seeing two way traffic

Reported via desktop in the Faded road markings category by Jeremy Iles at 15:37, Monday 12 January 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8674102.

Brynland Avenue markings are not clear or repreated. I increasingly see cars being driven the wrong way, esp between Wesley/Cricklade and Nevell Road (going north).

Either turn it into a 2-way road for cars, or reinforce the one-way signage and enforcement.

On the other hand it would be convenient for cyclists if this was officially marked as a contra-flow cycle route.
