Gravel/pea shingle filled Drain

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8669954.

Some numpty has poured gravel/pea shingles in the drain completely blocking it over.

Water always floods here when it rains accross the road with out this!
