Multiple large pot holes along both sides of this busy main road, these are unavoidable and a danger to all road users especially motorcyclists. The road sees a lot of heavy traffic servicing the large dairy factory further along the road. The the who section needs to be resurfaced and not just patched.

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8669411.

Updates

  • Thank you for reporting a pothole.

First, a safety inspector will visit the location to assess whether a repair needs to be completed and plan the work needed. Works are prioritised based on the urgency of the situation. The council aim to repair all significant potholes (more than 4cm deep and 30cm wide) within 28 days.

In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
