Gravel and Dirt in the lane
Reported via desktop in the Other Road Issues category anonymously at 22:44, Sunday 11 January 2026
Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8668826.
I reported this months ago and nothing has been done about it. Since the diversion regarding works on the main road and no one thinking regarding vehicles being diverted down Plough Lane. Mud and gravel is in the middle of Plough Lane where grass is growing through that will then break up the tarmac and cause pot holes. I was told about 9 months it would be dealt with but here I am again to ask for something to be done. Many thanks

Plough Lane will be closed on I think the 18th Feb so I am hoping it is to sweep the road and repair the banks and verges

Still waiting for this to be fixed…. Let’s hope the gravel/mud and grass growing through doesn’t break up the tarmac road….
