Car illegally parked on the corner blocking whole pavement and part of the roadway

On the 30th of December and again tonight (sat 10 jan) this taxi has parked by driving up a dropped kerb on the pavement between the houses and a car that is legally parked on the road, this fully blocks the pavement meaning wheelchair/buggy/pram users will not be able to pass, it also causes a major issue for drivers as they cannot see the illegally parked car around the legally parked one and with the distance that it is just sticking out into the road it is sure to cause an incident by someone trying to turn round the corner or coming out of the one way road to turn left, fed up with all the taxis round here not knowing how to drive and park properly and legally but this genuinley takes the cake.
