The drains along Upper Mullins Lane near junction with Braehead andblicked with lots of debris and leaves, this is leading to large pools of water on the road, large puddles and surface water during periods of rain, and when it rains heavier the road floods into Braehead up to the drives, and there is a large pool of water here. The drains consistently overflow along Upper Mullins Lane causing large puddles?which are a challenge for pedestrians
