Top of Springfield Park is treacherous

Following the snow, the top of Springfield Park is still thick with snow. No-one can drive in or out, including carers for the elderly. I live at no. 50.

There is only one grit bin on Springfield Park, near the bottom of the hill, but nothing at all at the top. There are too many houses on the estate for just one bin.

We are currently snowed-in some three days after the big snowfall. Please help.
