Dangerous parking

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8662675.

Road is constantly blocked with cars where they shouldn't be. Turning into other streets like Hinton Road is lethal because of the parked cars and vans, constantly blocking pavements for pedestrians. There is going to be a serious accident on this road and there is no enforcement of parking/driving standards
