There are several empty beer cans and what looks like used condoms. In a mini car park near homes and garages. My mum who is 76 has already cleaned this up Once and for safety reasons I have asked her not to clean it up again. The mess was back in a matter of days after being cleared up. The majority of the residents here live in a bungalow and have limited mobility
