Double Yellow lines to be painted on south side of street

Glen park gardens is not wide enough for parking.
To park a car on the street cars need to mount the kerb and block the pavement. This is ok to live with if parking is restricted to a single side of the street. However cars often park on both sides of the street making it too narrow for vans and emergency vehicles to get access to the street. In addition this means both pavements become blocked, meaning many elderly and disabled residents have to walk up the road rather than the pavements.
It would be nice if the residents at number 3 were spoken to about the fact they don't have the right to reserve their space with cones.
