Problem with parking

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8659820.

I have 2 disabled children i have to park outside my house for safety and mobility purposes my neighbours park opposite the entrance and we have tried to discuss it amicably and it turns into an argument the only way i can go in and out is hitting my car up and down the curb it caused damage on my last car and i have just got a brand new car and the same is going to happen with this vehicle
