Urban freeway in Hollow Way not being enforced

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8658974.

There is supposed to be no parking from 3-6pm in Hollow Way between Horspath Road and Garsington Road. Today when I went through there about 5.30pm there are multiple cars parked in the on-road parking bays illegally. The council needs to get a grip and enforce this. This has been happening for years.
