Damage to bridge

The recently repaired Navigation Bridge over the Thames at Radcot has been damaged again. Stones have been knocked out onto the road and a capstone has been dislodged and is starting to overhang the river.

  • Thank you for your report. Though we our continuously monitoring the structure please keep reporting if you find the structure worse than the previous state. It is not possible to put temporary barriers because of the insufficient road width. As a result unfortunately we have to wait for the works to be started. The defect has been listed for repair and most likely to be started soon. Thank you for your patience.
