Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8655278.

Dangerous pavement parking!!!!!!! 2 vans parked right on the pavement meaning having to go into a 40mph road!!!!! to get past this is dangerous for pedestrians, pedestrians with prams and wheelchair users.
