Damage to electrical wires

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8651140.

A section of electrical wire has been brought down during a crash several weeks ago, and there is significant damage to the hedges and vegetation off of the highway.
