Water not draining and is flooding the road on a sharp bend. Grid was clear when I checked at lunch time. Other grids on the road are blocked/covered. Flood water is damaging the access track to my home, again!
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8649018.
On sharp bend opposite side from farm gate to Tufts Junction (between chevrons). Other grids along the road Park Hill to Brockholland are inoperatable too.

We will investigate the issue. If additional clearance work is needed, the local highways team will prioritise the most urgent reports. Where possible, maintenance tasks will be grouped together in a schedule for efficiency.
Sometimes during periods of heavy rain, even a clear gully can be overwhelmed. Usually the water will drain away within an hour.
