Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8648771.

The whole of Granville Street looks like a litter bin. Small items of rubbish everywhere. On the road, on the pavements. I haven't seen a street sweeper vehicle come down this road for months. The only time it seems to get done is during Hull Fair. It's making the place look terrible.
