Parking on double yellows

On Monday a report was telephoned into the roads department regarding a large black SUV and a small white van parking on double yellow lines and on the pavement which caused women with children and prams to walk in the middle of a narrow road, no action has been taken so far. Although the little white van has a disabled sticker I am sure that the disabled badge does not allow for 24 hour parking on double yellow line's

  • The warden put up 2 tickets but the van just leaves it on the windscreen, south street is a narrow road with narrow pavements. Ladies cannot use the pavement as the cars and vans park on both road and pavement. Next week when kids are back at school it will be worse
