Sunken Drain with protruding boulder at edge of road.

Sent to Mid Sussex District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8645556.

Although this is probably quite visible during the day it is not at night especially if you are unfamiliar with the road. White line not visible because of mud.on the road. I assume it's been like this for some time as it is visible on Google Maps Streetview. Wouldn't be a problem if the protruding boulder wasn't there and the drain cover hadn't sunk.
