Damaged surface from hvy lorries turning

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 864485.

The street was resurfaced last summer, there are currently building works taking place and where the lorries are turning on the spot the surface is disintegrating, not helped with hot weather, the surface dressing may not have been fit for purpose given the heat or the type of traffic.

Should there be a no HGV sign on this cul de sac road.?
