VAS Not Working Correctly

Reported via mobile in the Sign isn't working correctly (part only or random activation) category by Cllr Cheryl Agg at 06:40, Thursday 8 January 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8644549.

Since the flag has been added to the lamp post, the VAS vehicle activated speed indicator is no longer clearly visible to approaching drivers, which undermines its purpose. Please can this be investigated ASAP with the relevant team so flag is removed and any damage to the VAS repaired so the sign is made fully visible again.
