Pot holes are beginning to interfere with the effectiveness of the Give Way signs, either end of Park St, Charlbury. The Give Way sign at the bottom of the road is beginning to wear badly as well. Ineffectiveness of the signs leads to chaos for residents in the street, and the occasional punch up between motorists.
