Some utter lowlife scumbags are chucking their rubbish inside the boundary of Whitewebbs up by North Lodge and also up into the trees... Could you please arrange to clear all this up? Thank you.

    Even more has been dumped. Wasn't fast enough to get the reg number of the car that dumped the bags up by the main entrance. Please come and clear all this up!!
