There is a dangerous pot hole on cuilhill road, not relatively wide but it is deep and caused me to have a blowout

This pothole causes a serious risk to road users due to how deep it is, it caused me to have blow out when I went over it this is due to how deep it actually is. When I had the blow out it was at night, due to the street being unlighted it’s impossible to see the pothole, this happened to me on 24th of December at 01:30am. The exact location is just to the right hand side of the t-junction and about 10 meters along
