Water running down road due to drainage

Water is constatntly running down the road heading into Spelsbury which following the recent weather has meant driving up the hill on the wrong side due to the road being so slippy due to ice. The water is also causing the problem on the bend at the top where the potholes are now so deep that cars will be seriously damaged
