Road impassable and danger to life

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8638719.

Due to the ice, road works and no available gritters the road is a sheet of ice and many vehicles are slipping straight down the hill into other vehicles. The road needs closing for safety reasons u til the ice has gone or the council provides grit.
